Our team clearly understands the mindset, fears, and concerns of our clients and rehabs them using a combination of manual therapy and exercise based treatment protocols. To ensure the smooth day to day running of our busy physiotherapy practice, being responsible for targets and ensuring standards are being met by all employees. Success in this role will be measured on specific KPI’s being hit as well as customer satisfaction and the continued revenue growth of the clinic.
You will be directly responsible for internal procedures being documented, ensuring that company culture is continuously improved and rituals and meetings are adhered to.

Because we are growing, we are looking for a full-time practice/operations manager to join our team. You will be reporting directly to the practice owner/founder and assisting with the day-to-day running of the operational side of the clinic. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail – as well as having a proven track record of being able to performance manage other people.

The right person is likely to have been supervising/managing a team for at least two years - and feels that now is the right time to step up to a role that has significant growth and career opportunities as we continue to expand. You will be responsible for managing a team of currently 10 staff (and rising) ensuring company KPI’s are hit and that all internal-procedures are documented, continually developed and adhered to by staff - as well as ensuring that company culture is improved and daily rituals are maintained.

Responsibilities and Activities:
- Ensure company weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs are met and reported to the owner with written summary
- Develop and regularly update online company process and procedures library
- Company rituals/meetings – ensure daily/weekly/monthly company rituals are adhered to
- Fosters deep relationships with customers and clients and providers
- Twice monthly performance review with staff
- Continually review, audit and evolve employee scorecards (responsibilities/ expectations/KPIs)
- Organise and plan all external events/meetings with clients
- Build and organise the company’s process/policies/procedures/SOP library
- Ensures the company remains compliant and protects itself and its employees
- Ensures the premises and equipment are maintained, serviced and kept in good order to provide an exceptional customer journey and customer experience both online and in the clinics
- Assists with implementing HR good practice, oversees annual leave and annual planning
- Oversee technology and innovation including CRM and PMS
- Assist with recruitment strategy and onboarding new staff and helping current staff become the best version of themselves

Location: The role is an office-based across both the Clarkston and Largs Clinics.
