Epicor Analyst Programmer (ERP Systems Developer) Radstock / Remote Competitive Salary Permanent, Full Time Hybrid – Remote working with 1 week per month on site in Radstock, Bath We’re looking for an experienced Epicor Analyst Programmer to join our IT team and support the ongoing development and improvement of our Epicor ERP/Kinetic system. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Customer Services, helping us get the most out of Epicor and our wider business systems. You’ll be involved in everything from system development and customisation through to integrations, troubleshooting and improvement projects. What will you be doing? * Developing and maintaining Epicor ERP/Kinetic enhancements, customisations, dashboards and reports * Creating and maintaining BAQs, BPMs, Functions and SSRS reports * Supporting Application Studio and Configurator development * Working with teams across the business to understand requirements and turn these into practical technical solutions * Troubleshooting Epicor, ECM and other integrated application issues * Providing second and third-line support for ERP-related issues * Developing and maintaining integrations between Epicor, ECM (DocStar), Bartender and other business systems * Working with REST APIs and other integration technologies * Supporting data migrations, imports, exports and automation * Creating and maintaining SQL Server queries, stored procedures and database views * Supporting Epicor upgrades and wider system improvement projects * Supporting testing, UAT, go-live and post-implementation activities * Producing clear technical and system documentation * Providing guidance and support to end users and other members of the team We’re looking for someone with: * Previous experience working with Epicor ERP/Kinetic * Strong knowledge of C#, .NET and SQL Server * Experience with BAQs, BPMs, SSRS and Application Studio * Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations * Experience with ECM/DocStar * An understanding of manufacturing, finance, supply chain or distribution processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different areas of the business Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, source control, release management, Epicor upgrades or cloud migrations would also be beneficial. About You You’ll be someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of problems and finding practical ways to improve systems and processes. You’ll need to be organised, have good attention to detail and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider IT team. Most importantly, you’ll be able to communicate well with both technical and non-technical colleagues and turn business requirements into solutions that genuinely make a difference.
