Pay Rate: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:15pm, Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm

About the Role: We are currently recruiting for experienced MIG and TIG Welders/Fabricators to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in the LE2 area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with fabrication and welding experience who are looking for a stable, long-term position with an early finish every Friday.

Duties Include:

  • MIG and/or TIG welding on a variety of metal components
  • Fabrication work from engineering drawings
  • Measuring, cutting and assembling materials
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets company standards
  • Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Working independently and as part of a team within a workshop environment
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area

About You:

  • Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience
  • Ability to read and work from technical/engineering drawings
  • Good attention to detail and quality standards
  • Experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
  • Reliable with a good attitude towards work and teamwork
