Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain machinery and plant equipment
- Identify hazards, defects, and repair requirements to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Assist with site preparation, clearance, and general housekeeping duties
- Support the maintenance of site security and safe working practices
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, legislation, and Health & Safety requirements
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, teamwork, flexibility, and workplace conduct
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
About You:
- Minimum 12 months' experience within a manufacturing or construction environment
- Able to provide and use your own tools alongside company equipment
- Good understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety requirements
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting duties
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Flexible, reliable, and capable of working as part of a team
