CNC Programmer (Milling)
Location: CV22 area
Commutable from: Nuneaton, Hinckley, Rugby, Coventry, Loughborough
Pay: £25.00 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Nights
Benefits:

The Role:
- We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing engineering team, with a focus on milling operations.
- Programming CNC milling machines using CAM software (Fusion 360)
- Developing and optimising machining strategies for efficiency and quality
- Editing and proving out programs on the shop floor
- Working with Siemens controls
- Supporting production teams with technical expertise
- Ensuring components are produced to precise specifications and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC programming (milling)
- Strong knowledge of Fusion 360 (or similar CAM software)
- Experience with Siemens controls preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
