We are currently recruiting for a Foundry Operative to support the production process and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading materials and castings
  • Grinding, fettling and finishing cast products
  • Operating machinery and equipment safely and effectively
  • Carrying out visual quality inspections of finished products
  • Following production schedules and work instructions
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Assisting with general foundry and manufacturing duties as required
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures
About You
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, foundry, engineering or production environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Good attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
