You will work closely with crane operators and the wider engineering team to ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term position working regular day shifts, Monday to Friday. Direct and communicate clearly with crane operators using recognised signals and radio communication where required. Follow lifting plans, risk assessments, method statements and company procedures. Work closely with crane operators, supervisors and other members of the engineering team. Report any damaged lifting equipment, unsafe conditions or issues immediately. Previous experience working as a Slinger/Signaller in an engineering, manufacturing or construction environment. A recognised CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller qualification . Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with crane operators and colleagues.
