You will support customers in German and English via phone, email, and live chat, helping deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries in German and English
- Supporting customers with orders, deliveries, and refunds
- Resolving issues clearly and professionally
- Learning product information to give accurate advice
- Working closely with the team to meet service standards
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service experience (retail, office, or contact centre)
- Friendly and confident communication style
