As part of this growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the introduction of new products, optimise manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement across the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Technical Director, the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role that will involve close collaboration with Quality, Jig & Tool design, Toolmakers, CNC Programming and Supply Chain teams to support both existing production and new customer projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in improving productivity, reducing waste, increasing machine utilisation and supporting the successful.
