Location: Loughborough

Shift: 7:30am to 4:30pm Mon to Fri, 7:30am to 12:30pm on Fri

Salary: £14 - £15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate laser cutting machines efficiently, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output.
  • Load and unload materials and cut parts, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Quality check finished products and report any issues.
  • Follow health and safety protocols.
  • Keep the working area clean and tidy, hazard free.
  • Any other duties requested.

About You:

  • Experience with setting and operating Trumpf or Amada Laser cutting machines.
  • My client is looking for someone who is keen to be hands on.
  • Worked in engineering and who wants to learn.
  • From a manufacturing / production background.
  • Physically able and fine with heavy lifting.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be a naturally forward planner.
