The Role: Working alongside the senior fitting team, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and new plant equipment. This is a hands-on role that involves working outdoors and supporting the smooth operation of site activities. Key Responsibilities: Service, repair, and maintain machinery and plant equipment Identify hazards, defects, and repair requirements to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards Assist with site preparation, clearance, and general housekeeping duties Support the maintenance of site security and safe working practices Ensure compliance with company procedures, legislation, and Health & Safety requirements Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, teamwork, flexibility, and workplace conduct Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently About You: Minimum 12 months' experience within a manufacturing or construction environment Able to provide and use your own tools alongside company equipment Good understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations Strong awareness of Health & Safety requirements Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting duties Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Good time management and organisational skills Flexible, reliable, and capable of working as part of a team How to Apply: To apply for the
