We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a busy and expanding metal fabrication workshop in the East Midlands. The company specialises in stainless steel fabrications, producing high-quality bespoke products for customers across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities include:
- MIG and/or TIG welding of stainless steel components
- Fabricating stainless steel components and assemblies from technical drawings
- Cutting, shaping, drilling and assembling stainless steel components
- Working with sheet metal to produce bespoke fabrications
- Welding and fabricating to required quality and specification
- Measuring and checking components throughout the fabrication process
- Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets required quality standards
- Using hand tools and workshop machinery safely and effectively
- Competent in MIG and/or TIG welding
- Experience fabricating sheet metal components and assemblies
