Due to continued growth and investment in new technology, they are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Offline Programmer Miller Setter Operator to join their machining team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC professional who enjoys taking ownership of the machining process from programming through to production. Working within a modern machine shop, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, ensuring components are produced efficiently, accurately and to the highest quality standards. Produce offline CNC programs using ONECNC or Edgecam Set and operate CNC milling machines with FANUC controls Edit and optimise existing CNC programs Select tooling and machining strategies Manufacture precision components to tight tolerances Carry out first-off and in-process inspections Improve cycle times and machining efficiencies Work closely with production, quality and engineering teams Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved Previous experience as a CNC Offline Programmer, CNC Miller or CNC Programmer Setter Operator Strong CNC milling knowledge Experience setting and operating FANUC-controlled machines Experience carrying out quality inspections To apply for the CNC Offline Programmer Miller Setter Operator position, click Apply Now and upload your CV.
