The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Setter / Operator to join a busy and fast-paced fabrication environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate press brake machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Select and change tooling as required
- Carry out quality checks on finished components
- Produce one-off and batch work to specification
- Work efficiently to production targets and deadlines
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping
- Support continuous improvement within the department
About You:
- Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter / Operator
- Confident setting and operating press brake machinery
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude
- Good understanding of Health & Safety in manufacturing
