Monday to Thursday 07:30 16:30
Friday 07:30 14:30

The Role
An opportunity has become available for a CNC Miller Setter Operator to join a successful engineering business in Coventry on a permanent day shift.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Producing prototype and small batch components
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet required standards
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
- Supporting production targets and quality requirements
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Knowledge of either Fanuc or Siemens controls
- Previous experience working on prototype and small batch work
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
- Good mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- Good communication skills
