The Role: We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Setter / Operator to join a busy and fast-paced fabrication environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and operate press brake machines
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Select and change tooling as required
  • Carry out quality checks on finished components
  • Produce one-off and batch work to specification
  • Work efficiently to production targets and deadlines
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping
  • Support continuous improvement within the department

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter / Operator
  • Confident setting and operating press brake machinery
