Key Responsibilities of the Welding Inspector role:

  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9000:2015 standards, driving quality improvement actions.
  • Inspect and verify welds and fabricated components meet industry standards and project specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage welding and manufacturing documentation, including quality records and specifications.
  • Oversee welding methods, procedures, and ensure non-conformance issues are identified, rectified, and retested.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality fabrication and welding processes, managing calibration and equipment monitoring.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environments, ensuring correct fabrication, welding procedures, and equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to maintain welding procedure conformity and assist in welder qualifications.
