  • Monday to Thursday: 05:30 - 14:00
  • Friday: 05:30 - 11:00
  • Afternoon Shift
  • Monday to Thursday: 13:30 - 22:00
  • Friday: 10:30 - 16:00

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Gear Grinder to join a highly skilled machining team working on complex, high-precision components. You will be responsible for setting, operating and grinding precision gear components to tight tolerances, ensuring all work meets exacting engineering and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting and operating CNC gear grinding machines
  • Producing high-precision gear components to engineering specifications
  • Understanding and working with complex geometry and technical drawings
  • Ensuring components meet tight tolerance and surface finish requirements
  • Carrying out in-process inspection and quality checks
  • Adjusting machine settings to maintain accuracy and consistency
  • Working closely with engineering and quality teams
  • Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as a CNC Gear Grinder within a precision engineering environment. You will also have:
