Job Role: Skilled Shop Fitter/InstallerLocation: LeicestershireType: Full, permanentSalary: £14 – £16 per hour (depending on experience)Shift: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday + Overtime

The Company:
- A Forward-thinking, expanding Graphics and Branding consultancy specialising in the Retail industry, are looking for a Skilled Retail Fitter who is confident on working in fast paced retail and brand activated projects, which vary from small works to being part of a team on full store Flagship fit outs.
About the role:
- The role will involve working in a team or with other external contractors on projects both in the UK and overseas.
- Installations will include brand graphics in-store, flagship window displays, showrooms, airport duty free installations.
- Overtime for hours outside of the basic 37.5 hours per week, which are a regular necessity of the role and involve regular evening work, sometimes night shifts and weekend works.
- Rota system for Weekends across the team.
- Due to the industry our client works in, flexibility is essential as often work must be undertaken around retail opening hours.
- Working to tight deadlines.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role which involves site joinery, fixture installation or shop fitting work.
- A proven technical and a practical understanding of working with a variety of materials.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure quality workmanship.
- NVQ level health and safety training with a basic awareness of CDM requirements.
- A team player and work well with other people.
- Honest, trustworthy and punctual.
- Speak, read and write fluently in English.
- Hold a full UK driving license (not more than 3 points.)
- Should hold CSCS card.
- STSMS qualification for Site Management is an advantage, but not essential.
