- Supervising site activities across multiple departments
- Managing labour, materials, plant, and equipment on client sites
- Leading by example and supporting day-to-day team performance
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards
- Maintaining strict Health & Safety compliance on all sites
- Working from a Midlands workshop with regular travel to sites across the UK
