The RoleProcess Engineer: Are you an experienced Process Engineer with a passion for driving efficiency and supporting seamless product launches? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NPI Engineer to join our technical team and play a key role in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations.OverviewAs a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, managing Bill of Materials (BOM) data, and supporting new product introduction from concept through to production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are scalable, cost-effective, and compliant with safety and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead and support New Product Introduction projects, ensuring smooth product launches.Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Maintain accurate BOM data within ERP systems to support production requirements.Identify and justify new equipment, tooling, and process improvements.Carry out root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.Support pilot runs, validation activities, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.Collaborate with technical, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams.About YouDegree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).Experience in process engineering, ideally with strong NPI exposure.Solid knowledge of BOM management and ERP systems.Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality standards.Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office.DesirableExperience in the construction, or manufacturing industry.Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement certification.Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software.Health & Safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH).Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary.Permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours).Opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects and contribute to continuous improvement within a growing technical team.If you’re looking for a role as a Process Engineer and want to play a pivotal role in delivering new product innovations, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
