Aerospace Assembler
Location: South Nottingham

Salary: £14.50 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday rotating shifts
- Week One - 06:00 till 14:00
- Week Two - 14:00 till 22:00

The Role
We are currently recruiting for Aerospace Assembler to join a growing manufacturing business in South Nottingham. The role involves manufacturing carbon fibre parts to aerospace standards while following defined production and quality procedures within a team environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Manufacturing carbon fibre parts to aerospace standards
- Following defined production processes accurately
- Working to quality and health & safety standards
- Working within a small production team to achieve targets
- Completing shop floor quality paperwork where required
- Supporting housekeeping and continuous improvement activities
About You
- Good work ethic and team player
- Punctual, reliable and able to follow processes accurately
- Willing to learn and develop through training
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience or understanding of the following is strongly preferred:
- Composite materials, especially SMC compression moulding
- Working within a production environment
- Working within an ISO9001 environment
Experience or understanding of the following would be beneficial:
- Aerospace manufacturing / AS9100 environment
- 5S housekeeping and continuous improvement techniques
- Completing shop floor quality paperwork
Additional Information
Initial 2-month contract due to increased sales demand. Potential extension available depending on business growth. Immediate starts available for the right candidates.
