About The Role
They are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join the production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting machine operation, assembly, and general workshop activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery in line with training and safety procedures
- Load and unload materials and components onto machines
- Carry out basic assembly using hand and power tools
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet required standards
- Follow job sheets, work instructions, and production schedules
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
