A well-established aerospace manufacturing business near Nuneaton is looking for Machine Operators to join its growing production team. The company operates within a highly precise manufacturing environment, producing components where quality, accuracy and attention to detail are critical. As a Machine Operator, you will work within the production team operating specialist manufacturing machinery to produce high-precision aerospace components. We're particularly interested in candidates who already have an understanding of milling, grinding or EDM processes. Full training will be provided on the company's specific machinery and processes, but a basic understanding of machining is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Previous aerospace experience would be advantageous, although candidates from other precision engineering or manufacturing sectors will be considered.
