The Role
- Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines.
- Manufacture precision components from engineering drawings.
- Create, edit and optimise CNC programmes.
- Select appropriate tooling, fixtures and workholding.
- Produce one-off and batch components.
- Complete first-off inspections and quality checks.
- Use measuring equipment to ensure components meet specification.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
About You
- Previous CNC milling programming, setting and operating experience.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Confident using precision measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to work independently during a permanent night shift.
