We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a well-established precision manufacturing business supplying high-quality components into the aerospace, defence and electrical sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer where you'll develop specialist assembly skills within a precision engineering environment. Previous assembly experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in producing high-quality work.
The Role:
Following a training programme, you will be responsible for assembling small, intricate components to a high standard of quality and precision.
Duties will include:
- Assembling small precision components.
- Working from assembly instructions and technical documentation.
- Using small hand tools and specialist assembly equipment.
- Carrying out visual quality inspections.
- Ensuring products meet strict quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Following all health & safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with precision.
