Location: North Nottinghamshire - Commutable from Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield and Hucknall

Pay Rate: £13.38 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

The Company:

We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a well-established precision manufacturing business supplying high-quality components into the aerospace, defence and electrical sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer where you'll develop specialist assembly skills within a precision engineering environment. Previous assembly experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in producing high-quality work.

The Role:

Following a training programme, you will be responsible for assembling small, intricate components to a high standard of quality and precision.

Duties will include:

  • Assembling small precision components.
  • Working from assembly instructions and technical documentation.
  • Using small hand tools and specialist assembly equipment.
  • Carrying out visual quality inspections.
  • Ensuring products meet strict quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
  • Following all health & safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working with small, intricate components.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with precision.
  • Reliable, motivated and eager to learn new skills.
