Group Business Development Manager Job Type: Full time, permanent We are recruiting an experienced Aerospace Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth across civil and military aero-engine markets, including industrial gas turbines. Working across multiple business units, capabilities and manufacturing sites, you will develop the sales pipeline, secure new business and strengthen relationships with existing customers. This position requires extensive aero-engine sales experience and the ability to present technical manufacturing solutions to leading OEMs and other key industry customers. Develop new business across civil and military aero-engine markets. Identify opportunities within the industrial gas turbine sector. Manage sales pipelines and future business development across multiple manufacturing sites. Develop proposals, contracts and commercial presentations. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve a strong return on investment. Attend industry events and networking activities to identify prospective clients. Monitor aerospace market developments, government defence initiatives, budgets and live programmes. Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and identify further growth opportunities.Extensive sales and business development experience involving aero-engine products. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent market research and opportunity-development skills. A degree in marketing, business administration or a similar subject.Growth of the aerospace sales pipeline. Stronger relationships with existing accounts.
