Shift:
- Option 1: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm
- Option 2: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Option 3: Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am
Pay Rate: £17 - £22.75 per hour (including shift allowance)

The Paint Sprayer Role: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and spraying a variety of components to a high-quality finish while maintaining excellent attention to detail and following health and safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mix paints and coatings to the correct specifications.
- Apply paint using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
- Carry out touch-ups and rectification work where required.
- Maintain spray booths, equipment, and a clean working environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company standards.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer (automotive, industrial, or manufacturing).
- Knowledge of paint preparation and spraying techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
