Location: Loughborough

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday, 7:30am - 12:30am

Pay: £15 - £15.50 per hour

The Acrylic Fabricator Role:

We are looking for an experienced Acrylic Fabricator to join our skilled production team. This is a hands-on role focused on producing high-quality bespoke acrylic products, prototypes and retail displays. You'll use a range of fabrication techniques to create finished products from technical drawings while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture bespoke acrylic products and prototypes from technical drawings.
  • Carry out line bending, syringe gluing, polishing, assembly and finishing of acrylic components.
  • Produce one-off prototypes and small production runs to a high standard.
  • Cut, shape and bond acrylic using a variety of fabrication techniques.
  • Operate workshop machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
  • Work closely with the wider production team to meet project deadlines.

About You:

  • Previous experience in acrylic fabrication.
  • Confident in line bending, syringe gluing and prototype manufacture.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Experience using CNC machinery would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • A reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
