The Role: We are looking for an experienced VNA Driver to join the busy Logistics and Goods In departments. This is a varied, hands-on warehouse role where you will be responsible for operating VNA equipment, picking parts and materials, receiving incoming goods and ensuring stock is moved and stored safely and accurately. You will work closely with the Logistics, Goods In and Production teams to ensure materials and components are available when required and that the warehouse operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate VNA equipment to move, store and retrieve stock.
  • Pick parts, materials and components accurately for production requirements.
  • Receive, check and put away incoming goods.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Locate and retrieve stock from racking using VNA equipment.
  • Move materials between Goods In, Logistics and Production areas.
  • Check quantities, product information and accompanying paperwork.
  • Complete stock movements and warehouse documentation accurately.
  • Carry out routine checks on VNA equipment and report any faults or issues.
  • Ensure stock and materials are handled and stored correctly to prevent damage.
  • Support stock control and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
  • Follow Health & Safety, GMP and company procedures at all times.

About You: We are looking for a reliable, organised and safety-conscious individual with previous VNA experience who is comfortable working across different areas of a busy warehouse. The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a valid VNA licence - essential.
  • Have previous experience operating a VNA truck.
  • Have previous experience in logistics, warehousing, Goods In or a manufacturing environment.
  • Be confident working at height and within narrow-aisle racking systems.
  • Have experience picking parts, materials or components.
  • Have good attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Be comfortable working to targets and deadlines.
  • Be physically capable of carrying out hands-on warehouse duties.
  • Be able to follow procedures and maintain high standards of Health & Safety.
  • Have a positive attitude and be willing to work flexibly across the Logistics and Goods In departments.
