The Role Working as part of the Operations team, you will provide administrative support across the business, assisting with the day-to-day running of transport and logistics operations while developing your knowledge and skills within the industry. Duties & Responsibilities Assisting the Operations department. Updating the in-house operational system accordingly. Delivery monitoring and follow-up as necessary. Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers in a professional manner. Checking shipment documentation and information. Supporting other team members and departments as required. Candidate Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Methodical with strong attention to detail. Good time management and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and use your own initiative. Ability to identify and put forward new ideas for improvements. Strong team player.
