We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Team Leader to join a permanent late shift team at their Leicester based factory. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sheet metal folder who is ready to take on a leadership role within a growing team. You will be responsible for leading a small team of 2-5 operatives, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and providing first-line support for any production issues that arise during the shift.
