We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process airfreight bookings, providing quotes where required to meet customer needs
- Arrange collections and coordinate airfreight or courier transport
- Prepare and manage all required airfreight documentation
- Complete Customs Declarations in line with regulatory requirements
- Monitor shipments and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely completion
- Liaise professionally with customers, airlines, couriers, and suppliers
- Perform accounting and invoicing-related tasks accurately
- Support daily operational processes and workflows
