We are a well-established specialist contractor working within the commercial joinery and interior fit-out sector, delivering high-quality projects across offices, hotels, and retail environments. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role offering involvement from initial enquiry and estimating through to project delivery and dispatch, making it ideal for someone commercially minded who enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish.
The Role:
- Preparing detailed and accurate estimates and quotations for commercial joinery and fit-out projects
- Carrying out costing, cost analysis, and value engineering to ensure competitive and profitable bids
- Managing projects from order placement through production, scheduling, and dispatch
- Acting as a key client-facing contact, maintaining strong commercial relationships
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitoring costs, variations, and margins throughout the project lifecycle
About You:
- Proven background in estimating and/or project management within construction or multi-material manufacturing
- Experience within commercial joinery, fit-out, or interiors is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of commercial costing and financial control
- Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
- Organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
