The Role
- Use gauges, micrometers and shadow graphs to ensure parts conform to drawings
- Self-certify personal work
- Prove out programs to ensure timings meet manufacturing and quality standards
- Keep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to date
- Produce SPC charts and records
- Maintain housekeeping to the highest standards
- Ensure all quality procedures are followed, taking an active role in root cause analysis
About You
- Experience operating RSS and Okuma machinery preferred, or external grinding experience
- Experience working within a busy manufacturing environment
- Experience setting grinding machines
