Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Your role will involve delivering outstanding customer service through excellent communication and attention to detail, to demanding clients, in a fast-paced environment. On a daily basis you will be required to manage new client briefs, understand them and prepare them, to be presented into the business for processing through various departments. You will usually be handling multiple briefs at various stages of the estimating, development, manufacturing and despatch phases, whilst at the same time keeping your clients fully informed of the progress of their projects. You will be involved in all aspects of the project management cycle, from start to finish.

- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent time management / multi-tasking skills / able to prioritise effectively.
- Have excellent reporting skills.
- Have excellent IT skills (MS Office).
- Be comfortable building and maintaining effective client and internal relationships.
- Have exemplary levels of attention to detail.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be target driven with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Be methodical, precise and be able to maintain accurate record systems and report accordingly.
- Good numeracy skills.
The role heavily involves internal project management and administration of up to 30 projects at any one time, with an average of 15-20. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing this type of workload. We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar type of role, ideally from a POS background.
