Job Description
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in bespoke joinery or furniture manufacturing who is passionate about quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nManage day-to-day operations within the joinery workshop, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.\\n\\nLead, motivate, and develop a team of skilled joiners, machinists, fitters and finishers.\\n\\nPlan and allocate workloads in line with project deadlines and client requirements.\\n\\nWork closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.\\n\\nMonitor quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, implementing corrective actions where required.\\n\\nEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.\\n\\nManage stock levels, material usage, and tooling maintenance to maximise efficiency.\\n\\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.\\n\\nProvide technical input and problem-solving expertise during production planning and fabrication stages.\\n\\nAbout You:\\n\\nProven experience in a joinery workshop management or senior supervisory role.\\n\\nStrong knowledge of bespoke furniture/joinery production processes and materials.\\n\\nHands-on background in joinery or cabinetmaking (beneficial).\\n\\nExcellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.\\n\\nStrong organisational and planning abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality targets.\\n\\nConfident in reading and interpreting technical drawings.\\n\\nGood communication skills and a collaborative approach.\\n\\nApply\\n\\nTo apply for the Joinery Workshop Manager position, click Apply Now and upload your CV.
