They\βre now looking for an experienced German Speaking Customer Service Team Leader to manage and develop a small European support team, ensuring outstanding service across all markets. The Role As the German Speaking Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee a small team of German and French-speaking advisors. You\βll provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service while driving performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
