About the Role
They are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented General Factory Operative to join the team. This role involves producing foam packaging and ensuring all products meet high standards of quality and durability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general factory duties including assembly, packing, and production support
- Use hand and power tools to assist with manufacturing and assembly tasks
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and technical drawings where required
- Measure, cut, assemble, and finish products to specification
- Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Support material handling, loading, and movement of goods within the factory
About You:
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment is desirable
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
