Shift: 08:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13.00 to £14.00 per hour depending on experience

Our Client:
A manufacturing business based in South Leicestershire are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Yard Worker to join their team. As a Factory Yard Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the factory yard, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
* Managing goods in and out
* Operating a forklift (Counterbalance experience required)
* Driving and general labour tasks
* Keeping the yard and factory floor clean
* Sorting waste into the correct containers
* Unloading lorries with sheet materials and organizing storage in the factory
* Loading our own vans and lorries
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Valid forklift operator certification and/or experience
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a teamDay-to-day:
Operating forklifts
Driving the company van
Assisting in the loading and unloading of trucks and containers
Performing basic maintenance tasks
Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the factory yard and storage areas
Following all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environmentApply:
