The Role
We are recruiting Composite Laminators to support a major new project. This is a temporary ongoing role with an initial minimum commitment of 8 weeks, with the potential for extension based on project demand.
You will be working on high-profile programmes, including Aston Martin and F1 projects, within a clean, professional production environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Hand lay-up and prepreg laminating of composite components
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Trimming, bonding and finishing composite parts
- Ensuring quality standards are consistently met
- Supporting live production schedules
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ composite laminating experience
- Experience in automotive, motorsport, aerospace or F1 desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
- Reliable and committed to high-quality workmanship
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team
