Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:15am-5:30pm; Friday, 8:15am-12:30pm

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join a specialist engineering business based in Leicester. This varied role includes sales administration, aftermarket support, order processing, logistics, service coordination and marketing activities.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the preparation of aftermarket quotations.
- Processing customer orders and confirming delivery dates.
- Ordering and monitoring spare parts and tooling.
- Liaising with purchasing and production teams regarding orders.
- Managing UK, US and EU spare-parts stock.
- Coordinating shipments and providing tracking information.
- Producing weekly order and delivery reports.
- Supporting service and installation planning.
- Updating service records and calibration certificates.
- Assisting with UK and international trade shows.
- Creating marketing materials, videos and website content.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confident communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities.
- A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach.
- Experience or a strong interest in marketing and media creation.
- Basic experience with Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or similar software.
Occasional overnight and overseas travel may be required to support exhibitions.
