Job Title: Welder

Location: Leicestershire, LE4

Pay Rate: £16 - 18 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

The Welder Role:

  • MIG welding metal components according to specifications.
  • Cut, grind, and shape metal parts as needed to prepare for welding and assembly.
  • Interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Inspect metal parts before and after welding to maintain quality standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including use of protective gear and safe handling of materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to specification.

About You:

  • Have previous experience in welding and fabricating
  • Ability to stand on feet for majority of the day
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn how to operate and possibly set other machinery as required
