Job Title: CNC Turner
Location: Leicestershire, LE18
Hourly Rate: Β£19.59 per hour
Shift: Rotating shift pattern
- Morning Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm; Friday, 6:00am - 11:30am
- Afternoon Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm; Friday, 11:30am - 5:00pm

The Company:
A well-established precision engineering company based in Leicester, specialising in the manufacture of high-quality components for the motorsport and aerospace industries.
The Role:
- Set, operate and fault-find CNC turning machines
- Produce precision components to engineering drawings and required specifications
- Carry out in-process deburring and self-inspection
- Use a range of gauges and measuring equipment to ensure components meet required specifications
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process
- Work effectively within a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment
About You:
- Previous experience working within a busy manufacturing or precision engineering environment
- Proven experience setting and operating CNC turning machines
- Experience with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls would be advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good understanding of inspection and measuring equipment
- Aerospace, motorsport or other high-precision engineering experience would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
