Job Role: Semi-Skilled Assembly Operative
Location: Lutterworth
Shift: 08:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours per week)
Type: Temporary on-going / potential to become permanent
Pay Rate: 12.21 to 13.00 per hour depending on experience

Our Client:
A leader in point of sale display stand assembly and installation are looking for a Semi-Skilled Assembly Operative to join a team working in the assembly department ensuring retail display stands in their production facility are assembled, boxed and packaged safely and suitably ready for dispatch.
The role will involve working in a team and working to tight deadlines.
The role would suit someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assembly of Display Stands
- Boxing and Packaging of Display Stands
- Working to meet deadlines
- Working in a fast paced production environment
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Ensuring goods are packaged suitably for transportation
Key Requirements:
- Previous Display Stand Assembly experience (desirable)
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills within the role as you progress.
- Be able to take on instructions from Senior members in the team and complete tasks given competently.
- Be physically able and fine with heavy lifting.
- Be competent with the use of hand and power tools.
- Be a good team player and work well with other people.
- Be honest, trustworthy and punctual.
- Speak, read and write fluently in English.
