The Role:

We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong engineering background to drive growth beyond our traditional customer base, which includes high-profile clients such as CAT and JCB. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to play a key role in business development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business in targeted sectors outside the current customer base
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored engineering solutions
  • Promote the company's capabilities in laser cutting, fabrication, welding, CNC machining, and robotic welding
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets

  • Agricultural Machinery
  • Quarrying & Mining Equipment
  • MOD / Defence
  • Heavy Machinery
  • Rail / Rolling Stock
  • Lifting Equipment (Cranes, Hoists)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar Sales or Business Development role within a relevant engineering/manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record in growing client bases and delivering sales targets
  • Strong technical knowledge of mild steel fabrication and associated processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated and driven by results
