Hours: 6am to 2pm Mon to Fri OR 2:30pm to 12:30pm Mon to Thurs
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience

The Company:
A leading manufacturer of architectural joinery products is looking for a skilled and reliable CNC Router Operator to join their production team.
The CNC Router Role:
This role involves setting up and operating CNC routing machines to process timber-based joinery components, working in line with technical drawings and production plans to meet quality and output targets.
Operate CNC routing machinery to cut and shape doors, panels, and other joinery components
Read and interpret CAD drawings and production work orders
Load raw materials, monitor machine operations, and carry out basic programming or tool changes as required
Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerances
Perform routine machine maintenance and report any faults
Adhere to health & safety standards and maintain a clean working area
The Candidate:
Experience operating CNC routers in a manufacturing or joinery environment (woodwork experience preferred)
Ability to read technical drawings and understand machining requirements
Comfortable working with timber or MDF-based products
Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
