About the Role Our client, a leading manufacturer of architectural joinery products is looking for a skilled and reliable Assembly Operative to join their production team. You will be responsible for assembling a range of high-quality joinery products using hand and power tools, working in line with technical specifications and internal quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble joinery products to specification using power tools (e.g., impact drills, electric screwdrivers) Read and interpret basic assembly instructions and work orders Check all parts for quality and accuracy prior to and after assembly Work safely and efficiently within a production team Maintain a clean and organised work area Support continuous improvement and meet production targets What We\’re Looking For Previous experience in an assembly or production role (ideally in joinery, manufacturing, or engineering) Confident using power tools, including drills and screwdrivers Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and hands-on attitude Interested?
