The Company

The Role
As a MIG / TIG Welder, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality welded components from engineering drawings, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your duties will include:
- MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and weld symbols
- Setting welding equipment and selecting appropriate consumables
- Fabrication duties including cutting, grinding, fitting, and tack welding
- Inspecting finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a safe and organised work area
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience
- Can confidently read and work from engineering drawings
- Has experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Takes pride in producing quality work
