OTE circa £50,000 (£25k Base + Commission)

Full-time | Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm | Saturdays optional (37.5 hrs/week)

The Role:

You'll be working out in the field, meeting people face-to-face and helping them understand the benefits of a new service that's just launched in their area. It's about building relationships, having quality conversations, and offering a product that can really improve their day-to-day life.

You’ll also:

  • Knock on doors and speak to potential customers in areas already set up for the service
  • Build your own pipeline and hit monthly sales targets
  • Answer questions and explain how the service works (full training provided)
  • Keep track of your activity using simple online tools like HubSpot
  • Attend local events and community days to raise awareness
  • Share local insights and feedback with the wider team

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in face-to-face sales ideally door-to-door, canvassing or event-based
  • Someone who's confident, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with people
  • A strong communicator who can explain things clearly and handle objections
  • A full UK driving licence - this is essential as the role involves regional travel
  • Someone self-motivated and comfortable working independently
